BotEmbed.ai provides AI-powered chatbot creation and embedding tools for websites. Users can create chatbots trained on their own content, customize their appearance, and embed them on their websites to assist visitors with information and support.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to create your chatbots ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant BotEmbed.ai a limited license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Chatbot responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated responses. BotEmbed.ai is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotEmbed.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
